Price Match Policy:
We will match any competitive pricing for full-color printing of comparable quality and completion (turn-around) time. Please see the table below to determine price match applicable quantities. If you find a lower price, please call us at 877.577.4682 and we will issue a custom quote matching that price. Price Match ONLY applies prior to an order being placed. Rush Jobs are not available on Price Matched orders.

Quality Guarantee:
Please note that due to the nature of the CMYK printing process, we cannot print every color available. We do not color match; therefore, we offer print industry's standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible. Color variation does not constitute grounds for a quality claim.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our printing, we will refund your Purchase Price (excluding Shipping) to first time retail customers up to $100.00 US. For this reason, we suggest you place a small order prior to placing orders in excess of $100.00 US so that you may inspect our quality. If there is an issue with an order that the previous does not apply to, we will repair, reprint, or refund the order, at our option, in a manner consistant with the original order's timeframe.

As a customer, you are responsible for submitting print ready pdf files. Your files need to have all fonts either embedded or preferably converted to outlines. Your files must also include proper bleed and safety space as stated in our Full-Bleed and Cutting Guide. All file formats should have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution as we will not be held accountable for resolutions below that tollerance. Also, the color mode used should be CMYK as using RGB or another mode will yeild questionable results. In order for your file to print properly, please convert all Monochrome pages to grayscale.
